Modular Coal Washing
CRSPL Modular Coal Washing Plants, based on a unique British Process Technology, have been proved to be more responsive to reduce high ash content in Indian coal.  The plant, a combination of Barrel-cum-Cyclone units, operating with self-generated slurry as media, washes coal at high efficiency.

Developed a Combined Natural Media and Dense Media Washing Plant to accept a Wide Variety of input coal as also to achieve an organic efficiency to the level of 95 - 96 %. Each circuit is in modular form, effectively dovetailed and integrated in a limited space.

The modular design offers a great number of flexibility in installation and operation.  The Plants are available in varying capacities between 15 and 200 TPH.

CRSPL have developed a standard Modular Mini Cyclone Plant (15 TPH) and supplied to many small Coal Manufacturing Units, to cater the need of upgrading quality of raw coal.  Its design is so simple and low investment oriented that its economy and quick payback period became a source of attractions for a numerous consumers.

CRSPL also offer a modular type of “Fines Recovery Unit”, which can upgrade the quality of coal fines (0.5 mm) generated during the process of coal beneficiation.  This unit can be installed separately and can also be dovetailed to Modular Barrel-cum-Cyclone Washing Plant.  This unit can be exclusively utilized for beneficiating coal slurry.

Compared with other conventional coal washing technologies, Modular Coal Washing Plant possesses more distinct advantages such as (a) lower capital investment, (b) low operation cost, (c) low gestation, (d) low profile, (e) easy installation, (f) low water & power consumption, (g) minimum population of equipments, (h) minimal manpower and (i) no need of foreign material e.g. Magnetite as media.
